Food Gratitude: Thanks Ray McVinnie

 Ray McVinnie has been paramount in changing my beliefs around food and giving me the valuable tools to help me change my diet and embrace cooking.
His philosophies are simple: eat good food.  Cook it well. Get rid of processed food. Eat fresh. Eat greens at every meal, eat a little bit of everything and most importantly – stop stressing about it.
It’s an honour to work with Ray.  We have a lot of laughs and share a lot of ideas about food and life, and he’s truly one of those people who just want you to give things a try.
