Kick Start Your Fitness

Here’s an easy fitness routine you can follow to kickstart your fitness from the comfort of your own lounge, courtesy of Kathryn Huish from Kore Fitness!

3 minute warm up of jogging/starjumps/butt kicks

Moving stretches: squats/arm circles/ arm swings

Plank Hold

10 Squats x 3 sets 10

Alternating lunges x 3 sets 10 push ups x 3 sets

10 bent over rows x 3 sets

Plank Hold

Stretches

Try this routine every second day, then add small weights as you get stronger.
